How RIT Works

The RIT Framework

RIT stands for Results, Impact, Transformation. It is the order every programme moves through, from the first measurable change to the leader who goes on to build more leaders.

R

Results

RIT starts with what changes. Every programme is built around a result the client can see and measure, not a certificate that gathers dust. Whether it is guest scores, staff retention or team performance, results are the first conversation and the last one.

I

Impact

A single workshop changes a room for a day. RIT is built for impact that outlasts the session: habits, systems and leaders who keep the standard after the trainer has gone home.

T

Transformation

The deepest work is transformation: a leader who was once kept small learning to lead like a whale in open water, and then teaching someone else to do the same. This is the work that outgrows one person, and one generation of leaders.

The ASHIRA Values

What guides the work.

  • Anchored

Rooted in faith and in a clear sense of who she is, before any title.

  • Set Apart

Called to a standard beyond the ordinary, the whale in the aquarium.

  • Honour

For the mentors who opened doors, and for the people she now leads.

  • Integrity

The same person in the boardroom, on the floor and in the quiet.

  • Raising Others

Naming mentors every time the journey is told, and building more of them.

  • Advance

Moving forward, county by county, sector by sector, leader by leader.

The Brand Promise

Calling out whales from the aquarium.

Some leaders are not small. They have only ever been kept in small water, in a tank sized for someone else's expectations of them. An aquarium can keep a whale alive, but it was never built for a whale to become what it actually is.

RIT with Ashira exists to call those leaders out of small water. Not to make them into something new, but to give them the room, the training and the mentors to become what they already were built to be, in open water.

Results. Impact. Transformation.
