Six ways RIT grows your leaders.

Find the one that fits your team, then book a conversation.

Leadership that Multiplies

RIT trains leaders who train other leaders. This programme builds the habits of coaching, delegation and honest feedback that turn one strong manager into a team of them.

Who it is for: Department heads, supervisors and general managers ready to grow their next layer of leadership.

Format: In-person workshop series, delivered on-site or at a partner venue. Half-day or full-day sessions, cohort of 12 to 25.

Organisation Culture and its Impact on Performance

Culture is not a poster on the wall. RIT works with leadership teams to name the culture they actually have, then builds the practices that move it toward the one that serves guests, members or congregants well.

Who it is for: Hotel general managers, HR leaders and executive teams who want performance gains that last.

Format: Diagnostic session followed by a structured workshop track. Format shaped around the organisation's calendar.

Growth Through Feedback

Most teams avoid honest feedback because no one has taught them how to give it well. This programme builds a culture where feedback is expected, welcomed and used to grow people rather than to punish them.

Who it is for: Managers and teams anywhere feedback has gone quiet, or gone wrong.

Format: Practical workshop, half-day, with follow-up coaching available.

Bespoke In-House Training

Every property and every team is different. RIT builds a training programme around your specific gaps, whether that is front office standards, guest recovery, or leadership on the floor, and delivers it on your site.

Who it is for: Hotel and corporate teams who need training designed around their own operation, not a generic course.

Format: Scoped after a short discovery call. Delivered on-site, in Kenya or Uganda.

Mentorship Cohorts

RIT's mentorship model is the same one that shaped its founder: named mentors, real access, and six years of promotion built one appointment at a time. The first cohort of nine has already graduated.

Who it is for: Rising leaders who are ready but have not yet been given the room to grow.

Format: Cohort based, several months, mix of group sessions and one-to-one mentorship.

Ministry Leadership Development

Church workers carry real leadership weight, often without the training their marketplace counterparts receive. RIT brings the same rigour used with hotel and corporate teams to ministry leaders, honouring the calling while building the skill.

Who it is for: Pastors, ministry leaders and church workers responsible for teams and departments.

Format: Workshop or retreat format, shaped with the host church or organisation.
